Yaee. My first real (and finished) digital painting using the wacom! Wow.
I got it on the 11th of May - my Birthday - and started painting on this picture on the 13th - trying everything out. I hadn't expected it to turn out that satisfying. I mean, I really like what I did for once. I really do.
Some parts of the hair were a pain in the ass, but well... I had to deal with it,... and .. ja, anyways, I like it.
Don't know where the original picture came from - if anyone knows, tell me!

naja ich weiß eigentlich nicht mehr so genau was mich genervt hat, wenn ich so überlege, ich habe mich nur über irgendwas voll aufgeregt aber das gehört eh dazu,... ich will weiterschaun... ahhhh... sorry ich musss jetzt das thema wechseln sonst renn ich wirklich gleich zum fernseher :)
wie war dein muttertag? also der muttertag deiner mutter besser gesagt... ich muss dir nachher ein note schreiben... erinner mich daran!

Aaaw,... you're right. I wanted to, but I forgot. I wanted to draw some clouds and a light-blue sky. ... Humpf.

Looks really awesome. Did you only use brushes or did you do some of it traditional vexel style and then smoothened the layers out afterwards?

No, it's all Brush-Work. Haha. No vector layers at all. :D

Yeah I guess vexelling is a slow process compared to just painting. Have you ever tried Corel Painter? It has some really sophisticated brushes and works really well with tablets:)
