Perfect title, eh? 
Anyways, changed the haircolor and ... dunno. I did this piece to get more routine in doing more illustration-like vectors. Because I want to be able to do vectors without a refered picture. That'd be cool. This only took me 1 hour. And I'm ALMOST satisfied with it. It's my sister, btw. - and the credit goes to myself LOL.
